For the 2016-2017 school year, the Clear Lake Booster Club provided funds for:

  • Starting the “Snack Shack,” which provides healthy before and after school snacks for students
  • Jazz band received a new stand up bass
  • New risers were purchased for the Clear Creek Elementary music programs
  • Our band received 10 new color guard poles and practice flags

  • Lions Performance Training (LPT) received funds to purchase three Olympic bars, resistance bands, and medicine balls. We continue to fund the weight room coordinator position and athletic training time from Athletico each year as well.
  • We helped fund the purchase of jerseys for girls soccer, football, girls basketball, and volleyball. We also helped provide boys and girls soccer new socks, baseball and softball new pants.

This is in addition to the annual expenditures towards awards, plaques, banquets, sports programs, All Star games, graduation flowers, sports posters, sports balls, state participants, CARES, year book ad, and Clear Creek music programs.

How is the Booster Club able to provide all these contributions to our Clear Lake students?

The booster club is able to provide these contributions through cash donations made by community members and parents to the Booster Club during the annual membership drive, concession stand sales, and booster club fund raisers such as the annual golf outing and the winter basketball tournaments.
