The steps to apply for a Special Minor’s Restricted License (school permit) are below.
- Fill out the Special Minor’s Restricted License application in full. Middle and High School secretaries also have the forms available.
- Please bring the form and a copy of the student's permit to the administration office. If you cannot make a copy, please bring it with you.
- The Superintendent needs to sign the application and a separate form that you will take to the DOT.
- The form will be signed immediately or sent to the student's school to be given to the student.
